Visual art and image editing have always fascinated me. As a child, I would spend hours studying maps and various pictures. In high school, I began creating memes of my teachers and designing funny images with captions to entertain my friends. Up until college, my edits were purely for fun, limited by the tools and resources I had. Attending Indiana University has helped me realize that all these things I’ve been doing fit into advertising. Being in the media school allowed me to hone my graphic design ability and gain valuable copywriting experience to further enhance my skillset.
